This collection of pumpkin desserts brings together my favourite recipes, all made with pumpkin puree and warming spices that taste like Autumn and cosy days. Whether you are looking for some deliciously easy bakes for Fall, or impressive desserts for your Thanksgiving dinner menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Fall is the perfect time to get baking with cosy flavours, heart-warming spices and plenty of delicious desserts to enjoy as the weather gets colder and the days shorter. Pumpkin is an absolute favourite at this time of the year and it pairs perfectly with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger.
If you are baking with pumpkin, it is important to know the difference between pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie filling. Pumpkin puree is simply cooked and blended pumpkin, whereas pumpkin pie filling is already sweetened and has spiced added specifically for making pumpkin pie.
Simple pumpkin puree is incredibly versatile, and you can either boil, roast or air fry the pumpkin, or use canned pumpkin puree. The beauty about it is that you can use it in a wide range of desserts, from pies, to cakes, cookies and other baked or no-bake desserts.
What I also love about it is that you get to control the amount of sugar and spices go into it, something you can't if you used pumpkin pie filling. It's easy, delicious and you know exactly what goes in it.
These pumpkin desserts are perfect to bake throughout the Fall season, whether you are looking for some scrumptious homemade treats to enjoy with a hot drink, or a classic desserts for your Thanksgiving table.
