Expert tips
At this time of the year you can also find Oreo White Chocolate Covered Cookies / Oreo Snowy Enrobed Biscuits, depending on the brand.
If you use these, you won't need to cover them in white chocolate, but you will still need some melted chocolate to glue them to the pb cups and to make the edible decorations stick to them.
A good swap for melted chocolate would be icing, as long as it sets well for the snow globes not to fall apart.
Do not increase the heat, it is best for the chocolate to melt at a low temperature, otherwise the melted chocolate will be grainy and impossible to dip the oreos into.
