Mango Lassi with Canned Mango Pulp

Mango Lassi with Canned Mango Pulp, a refreshing non-alcoholic drink to enjoy in the hot season, but also all year round. It's creamy and incredibly flavourful and super quick and easy to make with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp (250 ml)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (250 ml)
  • 1 cup full-fat milk (250 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

  • In a jug or large bowl, add all the ingredients and use a whisk to mix everything well.
  • Refrigerate the drink for at least 1 hour so all the flavours can blend together.
  • Serve it chilled on its own or with ice cubes in.

Notes

  • I highly recommend using full-fat dairy products here, you get a much more creamier, richer and tastier drink than if you go for the low fat versions
  • Since the canned mango pulp already has sugar added, I did not add refined sugar to the drink - however, if you wish, you can add some granulated sugar or sweetener to taste.
