Air Fryer Peaches

Air Fryer Peaches with cinnamon, brown sugar and butter, and served with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, a delicious and easy-to-make summer dessert for all ages. The peaches are juicy and sweet, with a gorgeous caramelised hint, and the contrast hot and cold makes this dessert truly scrumptious.

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the peaches in half, then twist the halves to separate them.
  • Use a teaspoon to scoop out the peach stone.
  • Arrange all the peach havles onto the air fryer rack, then brush each of them with melted butter, sprinkle over the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cook them in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
  • Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Always choose the juiciest and ripest peaches for this recipe. The end product will be a much more indulgent dessert full of fantastic flavours.
  • The air fryer peaches are always best served straight away, the flavours are much more intense when they are hot right out of the air fryer, and together with the ice cream they make a match made in heaven.
