- 6 slices of baguette
- 6 slices of mozzarella
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 6 sprigs of basil
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Arrange the baguette slices in an air fryer drawer.
Drizzle the olive oil over and season with salt and pepper.
Air fry for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (390 Fahrenheit), fliping the slice over half the way through.
Once they are ready, top each slice with mozzarella, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes and basil, and drizzle over the balsamic vinegar.
- I prefer to flip the bread slices over half the way through so they can get an even golden colour and crispiness.
- You can use any other bread slices, but the smaller the slices, the better visually-appealing, especially if you are serving these bites at a fancy party of gathering.
- Prepare the bruschetta just before serving, so the bread slices can be nice and crispy, prepared too logn in advance, and they might become soggy.
