Crispy Baked Fries

Crispy Baked Fries, super easy to make, with perfect results every single time. I will show you how to make healthy fries in the oven with a lot less oil. No deep-frying, just delicious fries that are nice are crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. You can go for as little or as much seasoning as you like. The best side dish, and all kids' dream food too.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 Fahrenheit).
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into slices, then cut lengthwise into fries.
  • Pat dry the fries using kitchen towel, so that as much moisture can be absorbed.
  • Drizzle two tablespoons of oil over, then mix well to coat evenly.
  • Brush a regular non-stick baking tray with the remaining oil, then arrange the fries in a single layer.
  • Bake in the middle oven rack for 30 minutes or until golden.
