PAN-FRIED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
with bacon and parmesan
No more boring brussels sprouts, this is the best way to cook them.
– brussels sprouts
– bacon lardons
– grated parmesan
– vegetable oil
– boiling water

Add the bacon lardons to a frying pan.
Fry until crispy, then remove from the pan
In the same pan, add the oil and the halved sprouts, and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic and water, and cook with the lid on until the water evaporates.
Now the bacon can be returned to the pan.
Sprinkle with parmesan, and enjoy, you are in for a treat!
