Baileys Brownies

A rich and indulgent dessert with a fudgy texture and a boozy touch that will be the star of your festive menu.

INGREDIENTS: –  butter – milk chocolate – brown sugar – sugar – eggs – regular cocoa powder – black cocoa powder – flour – Baileys liquor

Cut the butter into cubes, and break the chocolate into pieces

Melt them over a low heat until smooth

In a bowl, crack the eggs in, and add the brow and white sugar

Beat well with a hand mixer until smooth

The melted chocolate mixture is now added - give it a good stir

Line a baking tray with non-stick paper, and pour in the batter - bake for 15 minutes
