White Hot Chocolate Recipe
Homemade White Hot Chocolate Recipe with only 3 ingredients, a luxurious drink for the festive season. It's so easy to make, and it's ready in 2-3 minutes. Serve it with marshmallows and cream, or fancy sprinkles and candy canes for the ultimate christmassy experience. You only need milk, white chocolate and the extract of your choice: vanilla, orange, rum, peppermint, or anything else that takes your fancy. Quick, rich, delicious, so much better than the sachets the stores have to offer.
Servings: 2 glasses
- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 150 g white chocolate (1 cup)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- cream, sprinkles and marshmallows to serve
Break the white chocolate bar into pieces.
In a pan set over a medium heat, add the milk, vanilla extract and white chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate is melted and the drink is hot, but not boiling.
Pour into a cup and serve with cream, sprinkles or marshmallows.
