Easy Oven Baked Ribs with Sticky BBQ Sauce, the perfect finger food to feed a crowd. These pork ribs are perfect for Game Day or any other party or celebration. It might be a simple recipe, but these BBQ ribs are heavenly flavourful, and the Asian touch takes them to the very next level. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
Line a line baking tray with kitchen foil.
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic, salt and pepper, then rub it all over the ribs, on both sides.
Place the ribs on the tray, and cover with more foil.
Bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil, spread half of the sauce all over the ribs, cover with foil again, and bake for a further 1 hour.
Remove the foil, spread the remaining sauce over the ribs, and increase the temperature to 220 degrees Celsius (430 Fahrenheit).
Bake for 15 minutes without the foil, then set the oven to its grilling function, and grill for a further 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
