  • Add the mint leaves, lemon juice and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the water and mix well.
  • Strain the lemonade through a fine-mesh sieve or cloth to remove any bits and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if you wish.
  • Serve with plenty of ice.

  • Use freshly-squeezed lemon juice for the best possible taste, bottled lemon juice won't have the same freshness and natural taste.
  • Lemons vary in size and acidity, so start by adding less water and taste, you might prefer a stronger or milder lemonade.
  • Serve with plenty of ice and lemon slices or mint sprigs for an extra refreshing finish. You can also replace the still water with sparkling water for a sparkling lemonade.
