- 3 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoon soft butter (45 g)
- 1 ½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Mixed the soft butter with the chopped herbs and minced garlic to get a paste.
Transfer the salmon fillets to the air fryer drawer, season them with salt and pepper and spread the butter mixture on top of each fillet.
Air fry for 12 minutes.
Use the melted butter at the bottom of the air fryer drawer as a sauce for the fish.
- Do not throw away the melted butter that drips at the bottom of the air fryer drawer, it's packed with rich garlic and herb flavours, and it can be served as a sauce with the fillets. It also keeps the fish juicy and moist.
- I served these salmon fillets with air fryer asparagus and tomatoes, I used the separate air fryer drawer I have to cook them. Just drizzle them with a bit of olive oil, season with salt, and cook for the same amount of it as the fish.
