Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blitz for 10-20 seconds, then shape into balls.

  3. Serve either straight away or chilled from the fridge.
