Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup dates
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blitz for 10-20 seconds, then shape into balls.
  • Serve either straight away or chilled from the fridge.

Notes

  • So all we need for this recipe is a good blender, chopper or food processor that can blitz together the ingredients.
  • Smaller blades are not that great at blitzing nuts, so ideally we would need a food processor that has larger blades.
