This simple Deviled Eggs Recipe is absolutely fantastic for your Easter Menu.

INGREDIENTS: – eggs – yellow mustard –  mayonnaise – salt – black pepper – paprika to decorate

Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, carefully add the eggs, and boil for 10 minutes

Leave the eggs to cool down, then carefully peel them

Slice the eggs from top down, and use a teaspoon to remove the yolks

Add them to a food processor together with the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper

Blitz well to get a paste

Fill each egg white half with the paste and dust a bit of paprika over. So good!
