COCONUT TRUFFLES

A fabulous bite-sized dessert that is super quick and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS: – desiccated coconut – condensed milk – soften butter – dark chocolate (optional)

Add the desiccated coconut, condensed milk and butter to a bowl

Mix all the ingredients together to get a sticky mixture

Use your hands to shape out balls

If you choose to decorate the truffles with coconut only, coat them right after shaping, then refrigerate before serving

Otherwise, melt the chocolate, and coat each ball well, before transferring to a non-stick paper to firm up.
