Brie and Cranberry Bites with a touch of rosemary, a spectacular appetizer for your Christmas and New Year's Eve Party. Super easy to make, these little beauties are the best party food.

  • 1 cup brie cheese, cubed
  • 6 tsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 ready-rolled puff pastry
  • a few springs of fresh rosemary
  • (butter to grease the muffin tin)
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 Fahrenheit).

  2. Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares.

  3. Grease the muffin tin, then arrange the puff pastry into each muffin tin hole.

  4. Add about 2 cubes of brie, one teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and a bit of fresh rosemary to each puff pastry.

  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.

  6. Remove from the oven, leave to cool, then use a sharp knife to loosen up the edges of the bites.
