Fudgy Vegan Brownies

Easy Fudgy Vegan Brownies with a hint of coffee, the much-loved brownie dessert, but dairy and egg free. A super easy recipe made from scratch in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • cup coffee (cooled down)
  • ½ cup sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. (375 Fahnrenheit).
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  • In a bowl, combine the coffee with oil and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, and add the jam.
  • Line a baking try with non-stick perchament paper.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
