Easy Fudgy Vegan Brownies, the much-loved brownie dessert, but dairy and egg free. A super easy recipe made from scratch in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup coffee (cooled down)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. (375 Fahnrenheit).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

  3. In a bowl, combine the coffee with oil and vanilla extract.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, and add the jam.

  5. Line a baking try with non-stick perchament paper.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
