No-Bake Coconut Balls made with desiccated coconut and condensed milk, then covered in cocoa powder, a sweet bite-size treat not only for your better half, but also for friends and family. Just 4 ingredients, and you have the perfect recipe to win anybody's heart. A great dessert for any party or family gathering.

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 40 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  1. In a large bowl, add the desiccated coconut and condensed milk.

  2. The butter is best to be used at room temperature, ideally quite soft, but if in rush, just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds, making sure it does not melt completely.
  3. Mix in the butter, then use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then roll the balls into cocoa powder.
  5. Serve chilled.
