Fresh Fruit Salad with Whipped Cream and Pimm's, a quick and easy dessert with a touch of alcohol. Impress your guests with a simple, but utterly delicious treat that is refreshing and so flavourful. Pretty healthy too.

  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1 apple
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Pimm's
  • 1/2 cup cream ( I used squirty cream, but double/heavy cream or regular whipped cream can be used too)
  1. Peel and chop the banana, apple and kiwi.

  2. Cut the strawberries in half or quarter, depending on their size.

  3. Add them to dessert glasses together with the blueberries, grapes and raspberries.

  4. Drizzle the pimm's over, dividing it between the 2 glasses.

  5. Top with squirty/whipped cream.

  6. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Refrigerate the berries before adding them to the salad, the cooler the fruit, the better the taste.
