Snowman Truffles

Snowman Truffles with coconut and condensed milk, a delicious Christmas treat inspired by the classic bounty bars. The delicate vanilla hint works really well with the sweetness of the coconut truffles. A quick and delicious dessert that is ready in less than 5 minutes. You can be as creative as you wish with the decorating, anything goes. The snowman treats are great to make with kids, they will love helping and getting their little hands dirty.

Ingredients

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl, and mix well to get a thick paste.
  • Shape larger balls for the snowmen and stack them on top of each other - I used 2 balls for my snowmen, but you can go higher too.
  • Decorate with chocolate chips, large chocolate buttons, orange peel, sprinkles and pretzels, or with anything else that you have around.
  • Serve straight away or chill them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
