Ingredients

  • 2 large white potatoes
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • Peal and wash the potatoes with plenty of cold water.
  • Cut the potatoes into long sticks.
  • Add the oil to a frying pan and fry half the potatoes until golden.
  • Remove from the oil and transfer to a plate lined with kitchen towel, so that the excess oil can be removed.
  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  • Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
  • Serve immediately!
