- 2 large white potatoes
- 1 cup of sunflower oil
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
Peal and wash the potatoes with plenty of cold water.
Cut the potatoes into long sticks.
Add the oil to a frying pan and fry half the potatoes until golden.
Remove from the oil and transfer to a plate lined with kitchen towel, so that the excess oil can be removed.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
Serve immediately!
