3-Ingredient Nutella-Stuffed Cookies

Nutella-Stuffed Cookies made with only 3 ingredients: nutella, flour and eggs, a fantastic dessert that is so quick and easy to make. The nutella cookies are soft and baked to perfection, and the nutella filling adds more richness and flavour, making you have one too many cookies. These nutella cookies stuffed with nutella are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, and are a great addition to your picnic basket or lunch box.

Ingredients

  • 200 g nutella
  • 1 large egg
  • 150 g plain flour

To stuff

  • 50 g nutella

Instructions

  • In a large bowl sift the flour, add the egg and nutella and mix to get a dough that does not stick to the hands, and has the consistency of a play-doh.
  • Cover the bowl with clingfilm, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
  • Use about one tablespoon of dough, and shape into a ball, then flatten it and add about half a teaspoon of nutella in the middle of it.
  • Bring the edges together, and shape into a ball again, making sure the filling is well sealed.
  • Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper, and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the top is firm.
  • Work in batches, making sure there is enough room between each cookie, as they spread in the oven.
  • Leave to cook and serve.
