Apple and Plum Crumble
Apple and Plum Crumble, a delicious Fall dessert made with fresh seasonal fruit. This indulgent sweet treat has a hint of cinnamon and lemon, and goes very well with a scoop of ice cream or some custard. Super easy to make, and so indulgent.

- 2 ½ cups fresh plums (pitted and chopped, about 10 plums)
- 1 ½ cups apples (peeled, cored and chopped, about 4 apples)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 175 g plain flour
- 150 g butter

In a bow, mix the chopped plums, apples, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, add the flour and butter cut into cubes, and use your hands to rub them together until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Add the oats, and the remaining sugar and mix well.
Butter an oven-proof dish, arrange the fruit in a layer, then top with the flour mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahreneheit) for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden.

- Also, the amount of ingredients changes depending on the servings, so click on the number listed to change it to the number you prefer.
- You can make the crumble with apples or plums only, just double up the amount of fruit and you can follow the exact same steps, no need to do anything differently. Although I find this combo a very yummy one.
