Healthy Tarragon Turkey Burgers, a fantastic homemade recipe that makes for a quick and delicious dinner or a BBQ. Ready in less than 15 minutes, incredibly tasty, and a lot lighter than the classic beef burgers, these ground turkey burgers cooked on the grill are so juicy. Why not have them for Game Day too? We can also have healthy food for Superbowl, and these turkey burgers are just perfect. Quick and easy to make too.

Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey mince (ground turkey) ( ½ lb)
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon oil to brush the grill pan

To serve:

  • 4 buns
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • ketchup and mayo to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the turkey mince with the finely chopped onion, egg, dried tarragon, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
  • Use you hands to shape 4 patties.
  • Heat up a grill pan, brush it with oil, then arrange the patties and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Halve a bun, arrange the lettuce, slices tomatoes, cheese and turkey burgers, and serve with the sauce of your choice.
