In a bowl, sift the flour, add the baking powder and cocoa powder.
Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
Add the mascarpone and use a hand blender to blend everything well until smooth.
Pour it over the flour mixture, add the sugar, milk and vanilla extract, then use again the blender to get a smooth batter.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan, add a drop of oil or butter, add a ladleful of batter, then cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes with chocolate sauce and fresh fruit.
