no-yeast YOGURT FLATBREAD

No proving, back-breaking kneading, and you have freshly-made flatbread on your table in less than 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: – plain flour – Greek yogurt – bicarbonate of soda – salt – oil to fry

Sift in the flour, add the bicarb of soda and salt and mix well.

In goes the yogurt.

Mix well to get a sticky dough - set aside for the dough to rest

Divide the dough into 6 balls, and dust each ball generously with flour

Roll each ball thinly

Heat up a non-stick frying pan, add about a half a teaspoon of oil, then cook the flatbreads on each side for about 2 minutes, or until cooked.

So delicious, better than any ready-made flatbread!
