Flan without condensed milk

Custard Ingredients

Eggs

Milk

Sugar

Heat the milk to boiling point

Beat the eggs until they double in size

Add the milk and beat together

Mix in the sugar and set aside

Caramel Ingredients

Sugar

Water

Vinegar

Place sugar water and vinegar in a pan 

Simmer on a low heat 

Do not stir! 

HOT!

When golden remove from heat

Pour the caramel and custard into ramekins and bake

Chill overnight serve and ENJOY!
