FISH CURRY WITH CONDENSED MILK

A quick and easy dinner recipe for the whole family

INGREDIENTS: monkfish fillets coconut milk chopped tomatoes onion garlic ginger seasoning Indian spices vegetable oil coriander/parsley

Heat up the oil in a large pan, and fry the onion until translucent

Add the spices and fry for 30 seconds to release their flavours

Add the fish cut into pieces

Pour over the coconut milk and chopped tomatoes

Cook until the sauce is reduced and the fish is cooked through
