Super soft and delicious, with a gorgeous chocolate filling.

INGREDIENTS: –  plain flour – full-fat milk – fast-action dried yeast – caster sugar - vegetable oil – vanilla extract – chocolate chips – egg from brushing

Start by adding the yeast to the warm milk, then add a tablespoon of flour and sugar

Give the mixture a good stir, and set aside in a warm place for it to become frothy

You will see the froth well risen and ready to be used

In a large bowl, sift the flour, add the yeast mixture, oil, vanilla extract and remaining sugar

Knead well into a dough that is soft and does not stick to the hands, then leave it to prove in a warm place

Roll the dough into a circle

Cut the circle into 8 triangles

Add a tablespoon of chocolate chips at the end of each triangle, then roll starting from the outside

Brush the crescents with eaten egg, then bake until golden

Look at that gorgeous golden colour! Yum!
