Tender chicken pieces coated in a zesty and light orange sauce, and served over a bed of rice, what a treat!

INGREDIENTS: chicken breasts – garlic – ginger –  orange juice – cornflour – light soy sauce – dark soy sauce – rice vinegar – vegetable oil – spring onion – sesame oil

Add the diced chicken breasts in a bowl together with the marinade ingredients and set aside for 5 minutes

The chicken pieces will be golden brown and cooked through - remove from the pan and set aside

Add a tablespoon of corn starch to a ramekin and mix it with water to get a smooth runny paste

To the corn starch mixture, add the remaining ingredients to make the orange sauce

In a pan, add the chopped green onions, garlic and ginger and stir fry to release their flavours

Return the chicken pieces to the pan together with the sauce - give it a good stir to coat the chicken pieces with the sauce

So delicious, better than any takeout!
