A delicious dinner recipe that features moist and tender chicken breasts cooked in a lemon cream sauce.

INGREDIENTS: – chicken breasts – butter – olive oil – onions – flour – chicken stock – creme fraiche – lemon – salt – black pepper –  parsley

In a large pan, heat up the oil and add half of the butter

Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear on both sides

The chicken is not cooked through at this stage - remove from the pan and set aside

In the same pan, add the chopped onion

Fry the onions until golden

Return the chicken to the pan, add the flour and stock and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes

Add the creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice, season with salt and pepper

Serve it with mash and asparagus for the ultimate family dinner
