A deliciously healthy meal that is perfect for toddlers and older kids alike.

INGREDIENTS: – broccoli head – breadcrumbs – cheddar cheese – egg – spring onion – black pepper – oil to grease the baking tray

Break the broccoli head into florets, and add them to a pan of water - cook them until tender

Chop the broccoli finely and add it to a large bowl

Add the cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped spring onion and black pepper to a the bowl

Shape 13 balls out of the broccoli mixture, and arrange them on a tray  - bake until golden

So delicious, and super easy to make too
