CREME EGG BROWNIES

Rich and decadent, a delicious Easter dessert for all the chocolate lovers.

INGREDIENTS: – butter – dark chocolate – milk chocolate – brown sugar – sugar – eggs – cocoa powder – plain flour – vanilla extract

Add the chocolate broken into pieces and the butter cut into cubes to a pan set over a low to medium heat

Add the eggs, white and brown sugar to a large bowl

Mix together until creamy

Add the melted chocolate mixture

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and add the vanilla extract

Mix everything well to get a smooth mixture

Spread the mixture over a baking tray lined with nonstick paper, then top with creme egg halves then bake

So scrumptious, and a big hit with the whole family!
