BLOODY CHEESECAKE

A bloody-good Halloween dessert that will have you scream for seconds

Melt the butter

Allow it to cool slightly

Add the biscuits/ crackers to a  food processor

Crush to fine crumbs

Mix the melted butter with the crushed biscuits & press down onto the bottom of a cake tin

While the crust is chilling in the fridge, it's time to get the filling ready

Add all the filling ingredients to a food processor and mix until smooth

Spread the filling over the cheesecake base and chill again

One more step, and one spooktacular dessert is ready

Combine the melted white chocolate, cream and red food colouring

Look at that gorgeous colour!

Pour the glaze over the cheesecake, and watch it become frightfully delicious!
