NO-YEAST BEIGNETS

So simple, no need to wait for the dough to prove, these beignets are ready in less than 15 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS: – plain flour – sugar – baking powder – salt – lemon extract – cinnamon – lemon – eggs – plain yogurt  – oil

Beat the eggs, add the yogurt, and mix well

 In a large bowl, add the yogurt mixture, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon extract and cinnamon and mix them well.

Heat up the oil in a deep frying pan, then use a spoon to scoop batter, and carefully dip it in the pan.

Once fried, transfer the beignets on a plate lined with kitchen paper, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

So delicious, super easy and quick to make too!
