Healthy Banana Waffles with no added sugar, a simple, but delicious breakfast or brunch recipe for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS: –  plain flour – baking powder – ripe banana – full-fat milk – egg – vanilla extract – butter (melted and cooled)

In a bowl, sift the flour, and add the baking powder.

In a  jug, crack the egg

Beat the egg well, and pour in the milk, melted  butter, and vanilla extract

Next, mash the banana

Combine the dry ingredients with the dry ingredients

Mix to get a thick batter

Add a few spoonful of batter to the waffle maker and cook until golden brown
